Our Process
Our water treatment process involves several steps including screening, coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection. We use the latest technology and equipment to ensure that the water meets or exceeds all safety standards.
Water Quality
We employ EASTEX - ENVIRONMENTAL LABS INC to test our water to ensure that it is free from harmful contaminants. This lab is certified by the state and staffed by trained professionals who take pride in their work.

Emergency Response
We have a comprehensive emergency response plan in place to ensure that water is available to the community in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency. Our team is trained to act quickly and efficiently in these situations.

Hull Fresh Water Supply District Story
Our Beginning
It all started in the early 1960s when a small group of concerned citizens came together to address the issue of clean water in our community. They saw the need for a local water treatment plant that would provide clean and safe drinking water to residents.
Our Growth
With the support of the community, Hull Fresh Water Supply District was established in 1965. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our operations to meet the growing demand for clean water. Today, we serve over 280 customers in our community.
New Well Coming
New water well coming in 2025. A new well will be made possible in part by Liberty County ARPA in the amount of $1,000,000 for Hull Fresh Water District. Total cost of the well is expected to cost $1,300,000. Our current well will stay in service and share the load with the new well, providing a much needed backup system.
Our Innovation
We are committed to using sound technology and innovative solutions to improve the quality and reliability of our water treatment services. Our team of experts in conjunction with TECQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) as well as other state agencies are constantly researching and developing ways to provide clean water to our customers.
